  The RV we rented was pretty new (a small one C19 I think). Was the 1st time we rented this type of vehicle but the information the company provides and its complete manual (within the RV) helps to solve every unexpected situation. The staff was very pleasant. I strongly recommend this company if you're thinking of traveling through Canada with a RV (in fact most of the RV we've seen during our staying around west Canada belonged to Fraserway so...it seems they are doing things well)

  Their service department is awful. I have called and tried to get through on three different occasions and left two messages in regards to bring a vehicle in for servicing. They never returned either my calls - had to take my business elsewhere.
