  This company's flooring was installed in my new condo when I bought it 8 years ago. The flooring began to fail after 6 years. I called to get some advice as the company name was given in my new building manual and had no return phone call or email. This week there was a promotion for businesses in my area and this company was one of them. I called them again hoping for an opinion and guidance and the owner would not have any conversation but to say I had to go back to the developer who is now operating under another name. This company offers to deal with the public giving wholesale pricing. I'd never deal with them given the type of service the owner gave on the phone.
